We start by discussing your needs and preferences, then we create a model for approval before beginning. Size, wood species and customization are all features to be discussed. 

Turnaround time for custom orders varies depending on the complexity of the project, but it typically takes 1-2 weeks from the time of order. During the holidays, there can be delays.

We work with a variety of woods including oak, maple, cherry, and walnut as well some exotics like purpleheart, padauk, wegne and many others. 

We offer a variety of finishes including food safe oils and waxes, stains, paints, and clear coats to protect and enhance the beauty of the wood.

Since each piece is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
